The 2014-2014 Texas White-Tailed Deer hunting dates have been released by Texas Parks & Wildlife.  See below what the dates are by type and by county.

Archery Statewide:  Sept. 27 – Oct. 31, 2014

General
North Texas (212 counties): Nov. 1, 2014 – Jan. 4, 2015
South Texas (30 counties): Nov. 1, 2014 – Jan. 18, 2015
Special Antler Restrictions (117 counties): 13″ inside spread or one unbranched antler

Special Youth Season
In all counties that have an open season for these species: Oct. 25 – 26, 2014 and Jan. 5 – 18, 2015

Late Antlerless and Spike
North Texas (106 counties): Jan. 5 – 18, 2015
South Texas (30 counties): Jan. 19 – Feb. 1, 2015

Muzzleloader (57 counties): Jan. 5 – 18, 2015
